http://text2image.ning.com/TextToImage.php This web servuce return PNG picture with label and icon by text and icons. Parameters: text - label
LabelType - 0 text only (default), 1 - icon only, 2 - label+icon combine;
FontSize - default 32pt
casing - set of case : 1 is UPPER, 2 is lower, 0 as is (default).
FontColor, ShadowColor - Opacity/Red/Green/Blue (default FFFFFF-white for font and 000000-black for shadow).
depth - shadow offset (default=3)
LabelLocation - set of case: MiddleCenter(default), BottomCenter, TopCenter, MiddleLeft, BottomLeft, TopLeft, MiddleRight, BottomRigh, TopRight
dX,dY - label offset relative LabelLocation in pixels(default=0).
LabelHeight - height of label in pixels (default=10)
LabelWidth - width of label in pixels (default=proportional)
IconHeight - size of Icon in pixels (default=10)
IconName - path to icon PNG file (default http://maps.google.com/mapfiles/kml/shapes/shaded_dot.png).
font - Arial (default), TimesNewRoman, Verdana
fontStyle - Regular (default), Bold, Italic, BoldItalic
effect - OutLine, Shadow (default)

Sets a value that indicates whether text is underlined.  The Underline property can be set to any of the following values:

Underline effect on. Underline=1 or True.

Underline effect off. Underline=0 or False. (Default)

Sets the specified case of text.  The Casing property can be set to any of the following values:

Text draw as is. Casing=0. (Default)

Text draw to uppercase. All characters in a text changes to uppercase. Casing=1 or UPPER.

Text draw to lowercase. All characters in a text changes to lowercase. Casing=2 or lower.

Sets the specified alignment for the text.  The Alignment property can be set to any of the following values:

Aligns to the left. Alignment=0 or Near. (Default)

Aligns to the center. Alignment=1 or Center.

Aligns to the right. Alignment=2 or Far.
